My wife and I first discovered Merenda a few years back when we had just moved to Oceanside. We fell in love with the stylish charm of this gorgeous Wine Bar and since then we have celebrated birthdays here, had our wedding reception here, and it has been our go-to date spot.
What I Recommend: Cannot go wrong with any of their homemade pastas, and be sure to pair it with an orange/ skin contact wine! Our favorite is Biddizza Skin Contact Orange!

After Merenda, head over to Little Fox Ice Cream around the corner for dessert! A mid century modern inspired ice cream shop with the best homemade ice cream.
What I Recommend: 2 Scoops of "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood"!

Our go-to date night/ cocktail spot in South Oceanside. A listening bar with Immaculate vibes, fantastic music, and awesome soju-based cocktails!
What I Recommend: Their signature "Dean Martini", the Sound by The Sea take on an espresso martini.
